Re: Question Orbi AP Mode
Oh, yes. Communication between Orbi units is independent of whether the Orbi is in router or AP mode. Backhaul by default is 5G WiFi on a channel separate from the "user facing" 5G WiFi channel. There is an option to connect Orbi units with ethernet cable for backhaul, but that does not actually disable the WiFi backhaul.
