RB20 Speed Test

I have and RBR20 and one RBS20 satellite.  We have been having a ton of issues with our speed slowing way down throughout the day (video's lagging, web pages slow to load, wifi calls dropping, etc).  I do a speed test on the Orbi App and I always get good results (150 mbps down and up).  However, if I run a speed test on the internet, it says I am getting only 1.5 to 6 Mbps down and up.  Can someone tell me what is going on.  For service, I have fiber through Frontier with their leased modem.  All firmware is updated and I have tried all the fixes from other threads on here.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
