RBK23 Mobile App shows different than Web Portal

RBK23 Mobile App shows different than Web Portal
HI everyone!
Looking for more assistance!
My current setup is:
Internet Modem (bridge) -> ORBI Router -> Unmanaged Switch -> 2 ORBI Satellites
The problem is that the model app always says that one Satellite is disconnected while the web portal says its connected.
I seached the community and I saw a few issues with Android but I have an iPhone and the router and satellites all have the current firmware.
Any ideas?

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch if one is in the configuration.
Is Daisy Chain enabled or disabled? It should be disabled.

I guess the webportal picture didn't come up - in there it shows both satellites connected. ITs just the mobile app where it doesn't.
Daisychain was enabled so I disabled.
ORBI 2.3.0.28 all devices

Is the app up to date? There has been a recent release of apps.

yes it is current.
The web portal says its connected so I am sure it is working - i just find it puzzling that the mobile app isn't showing.
