RBR/RBS 750 connection issues

RBR/RBS 750 connection issues
I have a RBR 750 and a pair of RBS 750s around my house and up until recently devices were connected to the satellites.
I’ve noticed the deterioration and streaming quality on my main TV with frequent resolution downgrades and lagging in streaming high but rate content.
upon inspection I've noticed there are no devices connected to the RBS. Instead they are listed as being connected on the RBR or just missing all together even though they are connected to the network.
firmware is 3.2.1 6.22
not sure if there’s something in the settings that I should be tweaking but everything is stock out of the box, and I recently factory reset the RBR and the RBS to factory thinking this may fix the issue which I did not.
any help would be appreciated since calling into Orby is useless outside the 90 days

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
