I just got a replacement gateway router from my ISP provide and I have to set up my Orbi RBR20+1 satellite. The ISP requires that I enter the MAC address for the RBR20, however it is not in a format that is acceptable to the ISP. The label on the bottom shows the MAC as a 12 digit number. The ISP needs it in this format: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx. Do I just type in the colons after every second number or am I missing some information? My ISP is AT&T and I'm trying to connect the RBR20 to ARRIS/ATT WIFI Gateway
BGW201-700. Thanks for your help.
