RBR40 Orbi wired devices not connecting suddenly

After 18 months my RBR40 wired devices are no longer working - One port goes to switch to rest of the house.

ISP thought it was the cable modem so I replaced (ARRIS Surfboard - Compatible with Suddenlink).

Firmware is updated ( V2.3.2.58) - Rebooted several times (2 satellites not updated and working correctly)

No other updates - which wouldn't have been updated if the problem didn't exist first

Wireless devices are working correctly - 20+ devices

Connected multiple devices using multiple ports/cables

Checked Access Control - set to "Allow all new devices to connect"

Auto DHCP - printer has a static address

Nothing else fancy - no port forwarding - just for home use

Any ideas as to why this would happen all of a sudden?

Re: RBR40 Orbi wired devices not connecting suddenly

Did this happen soon after the firmware updated?

There are three ethernet LAN ports on the RBR40.  Are all three affected?

Has the switch been eliminated as the cause?  (i.e. take something that was connected to through the switch and connect it directly to the RBR port?

You mentioned "reset", but not "factory reset", correct?

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration.
