Computer cant sync with wireless printer. Both Epson and Spectrum internet say its a router issue. Both computer and printer are connected wirelelsslty to same network. Both have exellent signal strength but they cant connect to one another. I have pinged the printer IP Address from two different computers and neither can connect to printer. They say the router is blocking the two from connecting to one another. How do I fix that?

Orbi would not be blocking any PC to connecting to the printer. Something the printer Mfr should be able to figure out. If there printer is only 2.4Ghz then it maybe there software setup drivers that maybe limited by only working on 2.4Ghz while your PC maybe connected to 5Ghz which there setup software may be limited to only working on 2.4Ghz. Be aware that 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz are on the SAME side of the wifi network along with the wired LAN side.

Try manually installing the printer by selecting ADD printer and standard IP address port. If the printer has a IP address from the RBR, input this IP address. When the window asks you to select a driver, have the drivers already extracted to some place on your PC, then browse to this location from the Choose Driver window to have Windows use drivers from this folder. It should install drivers from here.

Sometimes it is useful to verify assumptions.

There is only one WiFi network, from the Orbi.
The Spectrum equipment does not broadcast WiFi.
The Orbi web interface Attached Devices page shows both computer and printer connected and they have IP addresses in the same IP subnet (which is typically 192.168.1.x)
Or, the Orbi 'app' shows them both as connnected devices with IP's in the same subnet.

Some printer installation instructions recommend connecting the printer via a USB cable and using a setup program on the PC before moving to WiFi. If you can provide the model number of the Epson we can look at the installation instructions on-line.
