RBR50 Device manager not showing any devices after firmware upgrade
Was having speed issues so Netgear tech performed firmware update to V2.7.1.60. Improved the speed but created problems with the Orbi app on my Iphone. The Device manager doesn't recognize any devices. There are at least 10 devices on the network. Netgear's technical people were of no help. Suggestions?

Perhaps someone who participates in the Orbi "app" forum can speak to issues with V2.7.1.60:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-App/bd-p/en-home-orbi-app
They won't see the question unless it is posted in that forum.
The Orbi web interface does not seem to have the same issues with devices as the "app". Use a web browser and connect to http://orbilogin.net The credentials are "admin" and the Orbi admin password (not the WiFi password).

To manually upload firmware to your router:
1. Connect your computer to your router with an Ethernet cable.
2. Visit support.netgear.com.
3. Enter the product model of your router.
4. Click on Downloads >Previous Versions.
5. Select version 2.7.0.70 and click Download.
6. Unzip the file if needed.
7. Enter orbilogin.net into a web browser.
A login page displays
8. Enter the router admin user name and password.
The default user name is admin. The password is the one you specified the first time you logged in. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
9. Select ADVANCED > Administration or Settings > Administration.
10. Select Firmware Update or Router Update.
The label varies by the router.
11. Click Choose File or Browse, then locate and select the firmware file that ends in .img or .chk.
12. Click the Upload button.
To manually upload firmware to your satellite:
1. Connect your computer to your router with an Ethernet cable.
2. Visit support.netgear.com.
3. Enter the product model of your satellite.
9. Click on "attached devices" and get the IP address of the satellite.
10. Open a browser and search for the satellite IP address.
11. Select ADVANCED > Administration or Settings > Administration.
12. Select Firmware Update or Router Update.
The label varies by the router.
13. Click Choose File or Browse, then locate and select the firmware file that ends in .img or .chk.
14. Click the Upload button.
After you click the UPDATE button, do not try to go online, turn off the router, or do anything else to the router until it finishes restarting. The firmware update starts and the router restarts. The firmware update process takes about two minutes.
Once the firmware version was set to the older version, please open the Orbi app and try to configure the settings to verify if the App is functioning.

What version of FW did you have loaded before?
Try downgrading to v40:
Might do a factory reset and setup from scratch after downgrading.
