RBR50 Router Set up

AM i able to control wifi use times or put parental controls on my kids devices?  I downloaded the App to my phone but i cannot get my router to connect to the app.

Thanks.  Maybe i best back up.  Bought the router in 2016 and i don't think we ever set it up properly.  I got the App, logged in, chose yes to set up a device.  I pointed camera at QR code and it say invalid QR code.

Use a wired LAN cable connected PC connected to the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard...

Circle is not the same as parental controls.

"Parental controls" is free, Circle costs money.

They are managed in different ways.

Parental controls are best done through a browser interface. Netgear broke the app control in recent updates and in its "euthanasia" of the Netgear Genie for mobile devices.
