RBR50 Router magenta on network map
Hello, I have a RBR50 and on the network map the router is showing magenta light next to it while the satellite is showing green light. I have the router connected to a BGW210 modem from my ATT provider. Also on the app it says internet: offline satellites:1. How do I fix this issue?
Thank You in advance

looks like the BGW210 has a router built in. The Orbi is a router, so now you have 2. One must configured as a access point.
this may help:

is this a new setup?
ditch the app
