RBR50 Streaming Video/Buffering Issues with ARRIS TG1682G

I've just set up an Orbi RBR50 system and there appears to be issues with streaming video on not only the Android TV but also on the PC and iPads. The Orbi is connected to an ARRIS TG1682G modem via cable and there is one satelite. It appears that when you start watching a Netflix show, it initially runs and then buffers after a few minutes multiple times. Eventually though this will subside and the how will play consistently. YouTube will play the first inute or so and start to buffer multiple times as well as auto play videos on Facebook.

I talked to two neighbors with Orbis and they have had no issues. It was plug and play with them and they are on the same ISP - Cox Cable. I've been in the COx router but made no changes, just looked at settings since I am not much of an IT guy.

I've rebooted the Cox router a couple of times and made the changese that I've read in these forums in varying order - turning on and off BEAMFORMING, MU-MIMO, Fast Routing, Daisy Chaining...firmware is the latest - 2.3.1.60.

I was hoping that someone might have the same modem/router and/or have some aditional adive.

Thanks!

Modem Combo Units:
This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

I recommend trying option #1 first.
