RBR50 signal strength for Samsung QLED is low
My Orbi RBR50 is working just fine, laptop, Blink, & Lutron all working well. My remote is in my rec room about 13 feet from my Samsung QLED TV - straight across the room, nothing in the way - all units are showing full bars on the app. Yet, according to the Orbi iPhone app, the signal strength is only one or two bars on the display. Not sure if this is accurate or if I should be doing something to increase the signal strength. I've re-booted the TV, modem, and Orbi - no change. I've had this setup since March and only recently has the signal been reduced.
Any help would be appreciated.

What does your Samsung TV say about the signal strength? Usually TVs have a network section where you can setup and test the connection speed.

(I have no Apple, but) My Android Orbi "app" shows the "Connect Rate" for each device. At what rate is the Samsung TV connected?

I checked the Network Status on the Samsung and it just shows connected - no chart or graph.

The Samsung TV shows it is connected at 5GHz on the iPhone app.

When I briing up the Device Manager, it shows a list of connected devices. I tap on one, and it brings up a full page display with all sorts of details. The bottom item on my display is "Link Rate".

Not sure where you are finding this info. In Windows 10, Device Manager, the Orbi doesn't show up.
In the Samsung TV, looking at Settings, Network, Network Status it only shows "Your TV is connected to the internet."

Re: RBR50 signal strength for Samsung QLED is low
Sorry. I was talking about the Orbi "app". My Android app has a default page with a picture of the Orbi at the top and then a series of boxes:
Device Manager on the left - Security on the right
Internet Speed on the left - Parental controls on the right
Wi Analytics on the left - Network map on the right
WiFi settings on the left - Guest WiFi on the right
Traffic Meter on the left - Support on the right
Have to scroll down to find them all. It was this Device Manager I was looking at. Then, clicked on one of the devices.

Re: RBR50 signal strength for Samsung QLED is low
OK, got it. Similar on iPhone app.
Drilling down, the Link Rate is 585 Mbps.
Seems strong to me, I wonder why is the meter showing one or two bars...

CrimpOn - thanks for pointing this out, wouldn't have found it on my own.
Merry Christmas!
