Re: RBR50 with a fucsia dot on the network map
what modem/gateway are you connected to?
A combo device can cause a double nat and give you that.

Re: RBR50 with a fucsia dot on the network map
Does it report the same thing at orbilogin.com? Lately the app has been reporting wrong information with regard to router, satellites and devices. Not sure why, unless the latest app update has a bug.

the orbi is plugged into something providing internet. Whether it be a modem, ont, gateway.
What device (and model) is it plugged into?

Re: RBR50 with a fucsia dot on the network map
A couple things.
Your gateway is a combo device. Meaning your in a double nat. That can cause what you're seeing on the app. You'd either want to put the gateway in modem only/pass through mode, the orbi in access point mode (probably easiest route), or the orbi's IP address in the gateways dmz.
to put the orbi in ap mode, you'd need to log in via the browser. Which you don't know the password for. there is a password recovery option. https://kb.netgear.com/31016/How-do-I-recover-my-Orbi-admin-password
if you didn't set that up or don't know the answers to the questions, then your only option to get back in would be to factory reset the orbi.

https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
