RBS20 Power Supply Fried, Can it be repaired?
I used a wrong adapter with my RBS20 satellite and now its not working even with the genuine 12V adpater that comes with it. Can I somehow get it repaired? And if I can, can I do it myself? Where can I get the part to be replaced. I think I have burned the internal power supply unit.
I know it seems stupid of me but yes, that is what I have done. Thanks.

No. Just get a new one with same volts and amps spec'd on the sticker.

Just to be clear the problem is with the device not the adapter so I was hoping if I can get it repaired?

No, I have never heard of a 'repair shop' for Orbi satellites. Please explain what this 'wrong adapter' was.
i.e. was it a 12v adapter with the same dimension plug as the correct adapter?
(Using a 12v adapter with a higher amperage rating will not damage a product. Using a 12v adapter with a lower amperage rating will not damage a product.)

Re: RBS20 Power Supply Fried, Can it be repaired?
I think the adapter was faulty and it shorted the device.
