RBS20 slow internet

I’m fully connected to the RBS20 WiFi (3/3 bars) but my internet speed is incredibly slow (can take a couple minutes to load up a webpage). I tried hooking up the RBS20 right next to me and it still is super slow. Any help to fix this is much appreciated!

How is the RBS connected to the main router? wireless or wired?

What FW version is currently loaded on the router and RBS?

Distance between the router and RBS? Feet? 30Feet to start.

What channels are you using on the router? Try 1, 6 or 11.

Any wifi neighbors near by? If so how many?

Do other devices exhibit same issue when connected to the satellite?

Disable MIMO, Daisy Chain and Fast Roaming on the router. Apply and reboot both router and satellite.

Do a factory reset on the satellite and re-add it to the router.
