I need to get another satellite for my RBR50 AC3000 Router. Is NETGEAR Orbi Voice Smart Speaker and WiFi Mesh Extender with Amazon Alexa Built-in (RBS40V-200) compatible to use as Extension for RBR50 (AC3000 Tri-band wifi Router?

yes. It works great.
Just keep in mind though the 50 series has a 1733mbps and the 40 series the 866mbps backhaul.
You shoudn't notice much difference though.

No the 200 designates the newer model that works on any system.
