RBS40V-200 as Extension for RBR50

I need to get another satellite for my RBR50 AC3000 Router. Is NETGEAR Orbi Voice Smart Speaker and WiFi Mesh Extender with Amazon Alexa Built-in (RBS40V-200) compatible to use as Extension for RBR50 (AC3000 Tri-band wifi Router?

yes. It works great.

Just keep in mind though the 50 series has a 1733mbps and the 40 series the 866mbps backhaul.

You shoudn't notice much difference though.

And it's on sale right now for $99.00. It sounds great as well as has great coverage.

Hi,

Thanks for quick reply.

Best buy has RBS40V-200NAS and Netgear has RBS40V-200. Is there any major difference between these two?

Thanks

No the 200 designates the newer model that works on any system.

Best Buy's price is triple on the old model and double on the new model. Netgear and Amazon have it for $99.00 free shipping. and Netgear is giving a 10% off for first purchase. DEAL!
