RBS50 Broadcasting Slow WiFi Signal, but Hardwired Works Great?

I have an RBR50/RBS50 system. The RBR50 is in the middle of the house and wifi speeds when near it are great with any decvice.
However, RBS50 in my office has very slow wifi speeds, even when I have it sitting on my desk right next to my Macbook. When I connect my Macbook directly to the RBS50 with an Ethernet cable, the speeds are great so the RBR50 has a strong connection to the RBS50.
I have rebooted and and tried all kinds of things and I cannot seem to get the RBS50 to have a fast wifi. Because the speeds of the RBS50 are strong when hardwired but weak when cnnecting wirelessly, does that mean I may have a defective RBS50? If it helps, I purchased the system in May of 2017 and hasn't always had this problem.
Any help is appreciated!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Re: RBS50 Broadcasting Slow WiFi Signal, but Hardwired Works Great?
After looking into your suggestions, I did a complete factory reset and reset it up from sctratch seemed to do the trick.
Note that I did a factory reset not by pushing the little button on the back with a paperclip (I tried that a few times), but going into the router settings, clicking on Advanced > Backup Settings > and hitting the Erase button under "Revert to Factory Default Settings".

Re: RBS50 Broadcasting Slow WiFi Signal, but Hardwired Works Great?
Awesome. Glad that it's working now. Pressing the button in back for 15 seconds then release should work as well.
Enjoy,
