Remove router from MyNETGEAR and NETGEAR Armor
Hello,
I'm currently selling my old Orbi and want to remove it from MyNETGEAR and my NETGEAR Armor account. I've tried contacting support but they first gave me a "0 mins" wait time, then a "25,956 mins" wait time. Safe to say I have no hope with them. Who should I contact about this? I have the serial number and any other info they would need.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Armor product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Armor and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
