Hi,

Last day I have a problem with my ORBI system (RBR40 - V2.2.1.210 and RBW30 - V2.2.1.204) and all attempts for resolving not help me

I mean reset sattelite and re-add it again help me for not for 1 hour connection via  sattelite.

I think, that I rolled back to previous verssion. - ORBI\2.1.4.16

Please explain me how I can make this and what a order (R-S) or what I need to make also for resolving.

Thanks and regards,

Re: SATTELITE DROP-OUT

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What WPA security modes are you using?

Try disabling the following and see:
MIMO, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
If you updated to recent FW v.210, try enabling Daisy Chain. Some have mentioned that this seems to be working in reverse order, enabling means disabled actually.

Try a Manual FW load:

Thanks and regards,

Re: SATTELITE DROP-OUT

Glad you got it working,

Try the suggestions next time if you upgrade to 210. v210 is working for others.

Enjoy.

Re: SATTELITE DROP-OUT

Thank you for replying.
I checked via GUI and via mobile application, that satellite indicate me available update and after downgrade version I not disable automatic upgrade it made this (I mean came back to latest version) . From last Friday when I open ticket satellite work without drop out. Then probably this is solution for this issue.
Thanks and regards.
