SRR60 stuck on solid white after firmware update

After successfully upgrading my SRR60 & conected satalites last night to firmware 2.7.0.122, this morning the router rebooted itself & was stuck on solid white ring for hours. After troubleshooitng & several reboots I bit the bullet & reset to factor default settings. Much to my disappointment, still solid white ring... can't connect, can't login - nothing, just a brick.

Any suggestions?

Did you observe the power LED (on the back) during the Factory Reset and notice that the LED went from green to solid amber, and then began to blink?  Until the LED begins blinking, it has not begun the Factory Reset.

Some users are successful in unbricking a router by flashing the firmware using the Trivial File Transfer Protocol (tftp):

This is not a trivial process, and my own experience has been that it may take several attempts to get the timing "just right."

But.... if it's a brick, what do you have to lose?

Also guessing that it is past the one year warranty.

Re: SRR60 stuck on solid white after firmware update

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi Pro (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you.
