Just to follow up on @michaelkenward comments: The RBS20, of course, is a satellite, which cannot function without an Orbi router. It will help diagnose the situation to know:
The specific brand and model of internet access device the WAN (Yellow) port on the Orbi is connected to with an ethernet cable.
Which "app" was used for the setup (iPhone? Android?)
Do you have a computer that can be connected to one of the Orbi router LAN ports with an ethernet cable?
(Some of us are more experienced using the Orbi web interface than we are the Orbi "app". In fact, there is an entire Netgear community forum devoted to the Orbi App: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-App/bd-p/en-home-orbi-app)
