Support problems still ongoing
For some reason my support case has once again appeared as active. hurrah! When I click on the link to contact support I still get a blank page so can’t send anything. Booo.
@DarrenM any suggestions? I’ve tried changing various profile settings.

No, makes no difference. I get a Netgear page with header and footer but no other content - completely blank. That’s how it has been for months now. I’m running some beta version of the software and still getting problems too so it would be nice to re-establish contact with support!
