How does one contact support. My tech could ont get Orb to work and I sent back. Netgear only sent back part of what I sent them, now I ahve a router and nothing else. I understand they state don't send everything but we did not know what was not working. My case is "closed." They don't recognize my old serial number. Is there any way to contact someone?
