Trying to setup Armor on Orbi app
Puchased Orbi Mesh systemem 11 months ago. Existng security software has now expired and trying to setup Armor through the Orbi app. I get the message "This plan is not available"
I've delete and re-installed the app as well as reset the router with still the same result

Re: Trying to setup Armor on Orbi app
Oh, geez. This question is about (a) Armor, or (b) the Orbi "app".
Both of those have community forums devoted entirely to them:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/NETGEAR-Armor/bd-p/en-home-armor
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-App/bd-p/en-home-orbi-app
My impression is that most of us who are active in this "regular Orbi" forum have almost no experience with either Armor or the "app".
If there is a solution, posting in one (or both?) of those forums is more likely to attract the attention of someone who has a solution.
Good Luck

Re: Trying to setup Armor on Orbi app
I had this issue but this was before I'd ever subscribed. I kept getting the this plan is t available message.
After a lot of digging, here is the solution that sorted me out.
Go to https://armor.netgear.com then log in with your netgear account credentials.
Click "Allow" when being asked if you're happy to share data with Bitdefender.
Click the burger bar menu (three lines on top left) and select "My Subscriptions"
From here, I could purchase a year subscription. You get emailed an activation code that you then have to enter in the "My Subscription" bit and you're done!
That's what worked for me anyway.
Good luck!
