Two CBR40 or CBR40 + Satelite
I currently have a CBR 40 that is acting as both modem and router.
What would give me faster speeds AND add more coverage in the house:
- Combining two CBR40s?
- or CBR 40 + Satellite?

Re: Two CBR40 or CBR40 + Satelite
Combining two CBR40's is a "no go". No Orbi router will integrate with another Orbi router and act as a satellite. It will be independent, just like a WiFi router from any company. You could put it into Access Point (AP) mode, but it still will not integrate. Devices will not switch automatically from one to the other.
Satellite is the way to go.

Be sure to post about any CBK or CBR40 systems in the Orbi with cable modem here:
