Unable to register new product - error message
Purchased Orbi AC3000 Router today, but unable to register product. I think the product was a return product.
I simply get an error message "something went wrong..try again", but to no avail.
Is there anyway to check whether serial number is already registered, or what to do?

I am also unable to register my Orbi RBR50+Satillite under my proper Netgear account. I purchased for a new home in May. Our move-in was delayed by two months so I was unable to hook it up until July. Now phone support is out and I can't even pay for support without a registered product.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Have SN / Receipt / etc.
Product works great, but it would be nice to be able to access it

i was trying to register it once i logged in to the portal and chose Register a Product.
