When trying to access website fromuniversity I am teaching, sever is not recognized. Asks for username and password and then for serial number. This happens with two colleges I work at.

By "server" do you mean the RBRs management web page?
No - The Orbi router is connected to my ISP router. When I try to access the website from the college the website requests authentification,

Is Armor or Circle enabled on the Orbi?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Yes university website. Circle is enabled. Not sure about Firmware but I Think up to date. Modem is through cable provider Optimum
What is the model# of the modem?
Disable Circle and reboot the RBR and try the web site again...
