Netgear has dozens of community forums.  This forum is for the original residential Orbi WiFi .

I believe that Netgear classifies the ReadyNAS systems as "Business."  You are much more likely to find someone who understands this problem if you post in one of the ReadyNAS forums found on this page:

What status is RAIDar giving you? https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads

What firmware were you running, and what did you upgrade it to?

@MarkAus1973

Welcome to the Community!

Have you checked RAIDar for the status and IP address of the NAS? It's possible that the FW update failed and got the booting stuck or the IP address changed, it would be best to check RAIDar for the status and IP to make sure.

If ever it's stuck on booting or the Status is stuck on "Starting" then a USB Recovery might be needed if a reboot did not help it to normally boot.

If your firmware was very old, then updating it to the current firmware could have created this problem.  There are a couple of intermediate updates needed if your NAS was running something older than 6.5.2 before the update.
