Which is reality? Orbi Network Map (app) or Satellites

I have an RBR10 (not 20, couldn't find my model in the drop-down) and three satellites. All of my satellites have a blue light indicating they are connected. Everything seems OK. However, within the Netgear Orbi app, my network map shows the only thing online and connected is the router. Within the app the three satellites appear as offline and have a majenta bubble next to them. The device manager shows all of my devices connected to the router directly as opposed to any the satellites. Nothing I do (power cycle, try to add as brand new) to my satellites works to get them to appear online within the app.
I am confused by the disconnect between the app and what I am seeing on the satellites. Is the app just wrong?
I am running the most up-to-date firmware. My router is connected directly to my google fiber jack.
Thank you for reading and for your thoughts.
Best,
JLJ
