I am having massive issues getting my orbi set up to allow Wifi calling on Vodafone UK. The wifi calling works on any other network, so its not the phone or the service, its my orbi network.
I have a samsung S10 and orbi RBK40.
I have added port forwarding and port triggering for UDP 500 and 4500, turned of daisy chain topology, all of the things that seem to work for everyone else but no luck!
Any input greatly appreciated.

Re: Wifi Calling Vodafone UK
What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
I recommend not setting any PF configurations if you have uPnP enabled. uPnP should be good enough to handle port configurations automatically. If you need PF configurations, disable uPnP.

Re: Wifi Calling Vodafone UK
Netgear DM200 modem
Firmware V2.3.5.30
Orbi in router mode
Has been factory reset since firmware update (and again today)
Satellite 20ft away, wifi calling works nowhere in the network (I am sat 4ft from the router). No close by wifi signals.
Made all the changes you suggested and nothing!!!
Wifi fine otherwise
UPnP makes no difference on or off.

Re: Wifi Calling Vodafone UK
OK, it's something in the wireless part of the Orbi. I connected an old router and wifi calling worked well with that, so not my ISP. I then connected the orbi in AP mode to the router and nothing on the orbi wireless. So it's not a router issue, it's to do with the wireless provision. But I still haven't got it working...

Re: Wifi Calling Vodafone UK
Glad you found the cause.
Just to be sure about placement of your RBR and RBS, 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
Daisy Chain is only needed for two or more satellites on the system.
Please mark your post thread as solved others will know.
Enjoy.
