Does the Orbi have phone hook up . I have Gen 5 with phone all Hughes . It's cheap gear . Signal isn't good away from router . It's ok but would like to cover 2000 sq ft

the orbi system will work with anything that doesnt need a modem , in cases where a modem is needed it need to be ether bridged or the orbi system ran in ap mode

no the orbi hooks up to an ethernet port on your upstream modem in your case the huges modem , the huges would still work as normal and you would just disable its wifi then connect the orbi system and run it in ap mode

Yes I can get on their web site .

Their router has my computer, phone both plugged in to it . Not very big

so its a router as well , in this case the orbi would need to be ruun in AP mode

depends on what you are after

wifi coverage wise you wont get better in a standard wireless router no matter how good it claims to be

feature wise you could prob do better with a wireless router but the wifi wouldnt be as good
