The base will not find the satellites
It's the other way around. After you configure your Orbi router (base), using the app, you then configure your satellite, using the app.

Re: Will not connect satellites
I have tried to use the app multiple times and a message comes up that read "would you like to connect to Orbi 18" i click yes and the next message pops up and say Unable to connect to Orbi30 would you like to try again"

Re: Will not connect satellites
Let's start with what Orbi router and satellite do you have?
Factory reset bot the router and satellite and start fresh..
It's a very simple task if you follow the app's instructions and start out by rebooting your ISP modem

Re: Will not connect satellites
When you say base router you mean Orbi?
The base router, sas you call it, will lose all settings and factory reset, like out of the box. You may as well reset the satellite as well, as there is nothing really lost.
