Won’t turn on

Device just stopped working. Three weeks after warranty expired. Please help

Is it correct to assume that you have (a) tested the electrical outlet with some other device that is know to work (light, radio, etc.), and (b) that you have swapped the power supply between the router and satellite?

A yes I tried the router in another outlet that works. As for the satellite I turned it off. Thinking I would turn it on if I could get the router up and running

Great, verified "Electric Outlet Good."  Next step, Power Supply.

(I should have asked, "Does the tiny Power LED on the back show Green, Orange, Red, or nothing?")

Try the satellite power supply.  They are identical.

I swapped the power supply cords. Router is still dead and satellite works. Power cords ruled out

Sounds like RBR is just bad unfortuneately.

Thanks for trying to help but That’s what I was afraid of. Not even three week past warranty. Netgear you suck!!!

Did you have a recent power outage with a follow on power surge?

I do not think so but it was plugged into a surge protector.
