YouTube restrictions

When connected to router I can not connect to certain YouTube videos and get an error that say I need to connect through G Suite to see the video. If I turn off WiFi I can view the videos. Have set YouTube to unmanaged but still it being restricted

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
