By default, Orbi broadcasts the same WiFi network name (SSID) on both 2.4G and 5G channels. The "WiFi Analyzer" app on my Android smart phone clearly shows my WiFi name on one of the 2.4G channels (1-11 in the US) and on one of the 5G channels (36-44). If you describe the situation, perhaps people can offer suggestions that address the problem directly.
Anyway, unless it has been changed, the administrative login credentials are "admin" and "password". If it has been changed and the problem is that what you enter is being rejected, then you have two options: (1) enter three times and a "Password Recovery" web page will pop up which works if answers were defined correctly during the initial setup, or (2) perform a "factory reset" which will force the WiFi back to the values on the product label (bottom) and the admin credentials to "admin" and "password".
