Can i connect another satellite (not RBW30) to my base-station RBR40 with 1 satellite RBW30 ?
yes.
The following ones work:

RBW30
RBS40
RBS40V
RBS50
RBS50Y
you can also use the EX7500, EX7700, EX8000 but they don't fully integrate with the system like an orbi satellite does.
