internet problem

I recently set up an orbi ac2200 micro router
With one slave . The internet coverage all over the house is very good . Good internet
speed . Problem is that the sistem fail to open some folders under some websites .
Saying that folder do not exist . Also it fail to play some movies .
The orijinal network ( first floor ) does them
very well .
Does anybody has an advice . I will apreciate

First step is usually to try a different web browser.  What is the original system?
