Re: new phone connection
This is amazing. I opened the Orbi app and cannot seem to find any information about the WiFi channels. On the web interface, it appears on the Home screen.
The reason for the question is a process of elimination. i.e. (1) every other device connects to the Orbi and works normally, (2) one device does not connect, thus (3) something about this device does not match the Orbi. There have been situations in the past where Orbi's were located in countries that allow more WiFi channels than the US (specifically 12, 13, 14) and the user has a device that is set to "US only".
That should not affect a 5G connection, but I wanted to rule it out from the start.
So, what else can be different about the LG phone?
