orbi and Bitdefender "expired" problems . was there any definitive fix?
ok so i have the dreded "security expired" mesage when looking at the orbi ios app, despite having a valid bitdefender subscription
did anyone every get a definitive fix? ie what setting needs changed?
emailed bitdefender customer support: no answer
chat with bitdefender customer support: no clue: escolated to next level
even pm Dexter : no reply as yet, but it only been a day or two
why so complicated?

ok so spooky update, just rebooted orbi again ( have done several time over last few days) and in the ios app its now "activated" BUT on the orbi router weblogin it says "not enabled"
no idea if this is someone fixing after contacting suport or random

ok so just as a follow up, a factory reset was the only solution i found. and as a side note, although it said it was activated in the ios app, it wasnt. as soon as i did factory reset i got notificatin in armor about new devices connecting etc
