These are totally different systems
The RBK20W is an older WiFi 5 technology. The WiFi 6 products that are beginning to be on the market will not be able to use their "new capabilities" on this older Orbi system. The main selling point is that the Orbi mesh system has two components and claims to be able to provide coverage "up to 3,500 sq. ft.". (This is, of course, marketing hype. Actual useful coverage depends on the shape and construction of the building and where the ISP modem is located.)

The Nighthawk AX4 WiFi 6 router is a single unit that incorporates the latest WiFi 6 technology. Notice that the product data sheet talks about how wonderful it is, but makes no claim about area covered (not even the marketing hype "up to...sq. ft.)

As far as I can determine, the AX4 product does not "mesh". There are other Nighthawk products that do incorporate mesh technology.
Advice? No idea which is better for your situation. Do you plan on purchasing any WiFi 6 devices (smart phones, laptops?) How large is the area to be covered?
