I have contacted another Orbi RBK30 owner who has confirmed that he is seeing the same behaviour on orbilogin.net " > attached devices
Doing further investigation I found under "Advanced page " > internet port > show statistics that there is indeed a 5 second poll interval
So I am now confident that this is normal behaviour and will close the thread

Re: orbilogin.net
Hi
First time user here
My model number does not seem to be in the list so I used RBR20 to satisfy the website so
I just installed a Orbi RBK30 which has a RBR40 router and a RBW satellite
I get the same result using my Google Crome or Microsoft Edge browser
the "attached devices" page refreshes every 4 seconds
I also tried netspot which shows 4 Netgear connections with the same Network SSI
2 x 2.4 GHz and 2 x 5 GHz and that page also refreshes every 4 seconds as if it is dropping the connection
My phone also shows 2 Networks with the same SSI only one of them (5 GHz) will connect to the Orbi app

Re: orbilogin.net
Might try a factory reset on the RBR and setup from scratch...
Be sure to clear all browser caches, exit the browser then log back in.
What FW version is currently loaded?

Re: orbilogin.net
Firmware is up to date
I was afraid that might be the suggested solution
before I do that can you confirm that the orbilogin.net "attached devices " list should not be refreshing every 4 seconds?
RBS 40 Firmware | V 2.3.1.58 |
RBW 30 firmware | V 2.3.0.4 |

Re: orbilogin.net
Well as suggested I cleared cookies and did a reset and fresh install of my Orbi RBK30 and the "attached devices page" on orbilogin.net still refreshes every 4-5 seconds as if it is doing a Auto rescan or dropping and reconnecting
I also had poor download results from "Speedtest" far far worse than from my original Technicolur router
I did a Orbi reboot which seems to have fixed it for now
I would really like to know if this "attached devices" 5 second refresh on orbilogin.net is normal

Re: orbilogin.net
I would make contact with NG support and ask about the refresh behavior. That doesn't seem right.
