rbk43 will not reset

I have a RBK43 that is  flashing white and will not reset. I have followed the directions of turning off and reseting with a paperclip and have held it for a long time. There is a flash of amber and then returns to flashing white. I have had it for 18 months. What options do I have?

So after pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release, you can't access the RBR web page at 192.168.1.1 at all with a wired PC?

No. I even typed the IP address into the Browser. Tried with my phone app too. Just keeps flashing white.

I have used the paperclip at least 50 times in hopes to reset. A couple times I get a flash of amber, but then it just goes back to flashing white and it never sends a signal wireless signal or even with a direct connect to a PC. There is something wrong with the reset function. Other sites have said that maybe it is stuck in updating the firmware. Is that possible?

maybe it would help if you mentioned why you were trying to reset the Orbi?

What type of modem do you have?

My Orbi will not reset or stop flashing white. I have tried to reset it and hard wire to PC, but the PC does not detect it.
