Hi everybody.

this is my email with customer care department.

They don't see my orders and block money

LOL

I made the new order - see below. (don't you think I drew one?)
Again!!! I do not see it in my account!!!!!!
Again!!! your support man did not see it!!!
The same thing happened  with  Order Number: 0138591 Order PlacedSep 12, 2020
THE SAME!!!!!!
MY BANK BLOCKED 865.51 USD!!! It takes 12 days FOR UNBLOCKING!!!
It means that i have frozen 865.51X2=1731.02USD
Are you an amateur or serious and respected company?
I have not expected it from Netgear, whose product I use in my life!

It's simple, file a dispute with your credit card. Then they will respond correctly.
