sync orbi outdoor Satellite (Extender Mode) to Orbii router satellite

Had a Nighthawk ac1900 updated to Orbi Router...Have a Orbi outdoor Satellite that was set up in Extender mode for the Nighthawk.

Now want to use with the Orbi Router in satelite Mode..

Try to Sync with router but Outdoor Satelite will only LED Blue and not go to White to sync.?????

How do you get the Outdoor orbie Sat out of Extender to pulse White to Sync?

To set up your Orbi Outdoor Satellite in Extender or Satellite Mode:

1. Place your satellite near your router.
   Note: This placement is for the setup process. After the setup is complete, you can place your Orbi satellite outdoors.
2. Connect your satellite to a power source, but don’t turn your satellite on.
   If your satellite powers on, press the Power On/Off button to turn it off.
   Press and hold the Sync button.
3. While holding the Sync button, press and release the Power On/Off button.
   Your satellite powers on.
   Note: Continue to hold the Sync button. If you released the Sync button early, make sure that your satellite is powered off and then repeat Steps 3-4.

   
   Wait for the bottom Light LED to pulse white and blue, then release the Sync button.

   After you release the Sync button, the following LED behavior occurs:
   • Pulsing blue. Your satellite is starting up and changing from Orbi Mode to Extender Mode. The LED pulses blue for a few minutes.
   • Solid blue. Your satellite is in Extender Mode and is ready to sync with your non-Orbi router.
   • Pulsing white. Your satellite is starting up and changing from Orbi Mode to Satellite Mode. The LED pulses blue for a few minutes.
   • Solid white. Your satellite is in Satellite Mode and is ready to sync with your non-Orbi router.

Netgear support was not helpful about reset ...Would only tell me how to sync satelite not toggle between Extender and Satelite....
