How do I change my community password?

The community uses the same NETGEAR Single Sign-On System (SSO) as my.NETGEAR and Arlo. To change your community password:

 

  1. Click following URL https://my.netgear.com
  2. Enter the email address and password you used when you registered, under Log into MyNETGEAR.
  3. Click LOG IN.
  4. Click My Profile under My Acccount.
  5. Click Change Password.
  6. Enter your Currrent password
  7. Enter your New password
  8. Again enter your new password in Confirm New Password.
  9. Click SUBMIT.

If you have an Arlo account you can also change it from within your account at https://arlo.netgear.com.

 

Keep in mind that if you change your password for any of these systems, it will change for all of these systems.
