Difference between GS752TP-200NAS an GS752TPP Switches

We are looking to upgrade our managed switch for our small business.
I am trying to figure out the difference between the following managed switches:
- GS752TP-200NAS (I believe this is V2 of the GS752TP-100NAS that is now discontinued ? )
- GS752TPP
Questions include:
1) What are the difference in functionality?
2) Which is the "newer" switch ? I am looking for longevity
3) Do both require a "Cloud Subscription" to get full management capabilities?
Please advise as I am having trouble finding the differences on the Web.

All models on the data sheet are from the same generation.

Only if you need the cloud management capability.
