Different management VLANs

My question is related to this post. I have different VLANs on my router. So I have VLAN 2 connected to one switch, so I made this switch's management VLAN 2. I have VLAN 3 connected to another switch, and I made this switch's management VLAN 3. Is this a good practice?
Everything works, but just want to know.

Depends on how difficult you want to make your network management life, or how many dedicated management zones you need e.g. for customer and/or management segregation , ... answer yourself.
PS. A moderator is kindly asked to move this thread to the Smart/Plus/Click Switches section.
