Hello everybody,
I can not run a firmware update because the static IP address can not enter.
When I wear these in the form of a 192.168.xxx.xxx, is to apply this reset to 0.1.134.160.
If I go through a factory reset, is initially the 192.168.0.239, try the update this but deleted and entered the 0.1.134.160.
This cancels the Smartwizzard and discover shows no device.
Who can help me ?
Thank you

Hello ,
the problem is settled.
Have solved it with a TFTP server.
You only have to put the firmware file into a folder alone.
Thank you all
Best regards

Re: Firmware Update Problem Gs748TS
Hi robby61,
A few questions:
a. Have you tried to update the firmware by accessing the web-GUI of the GS748TS and not using the SmartWizard?
b. What is the current firmware version of the GS748TS?
c. To what firmware version are you trying to upgrade the GS748TS?

Re: Firmware Update Problem Gs748TS
Hello,
I uploaded the new bootloader with TFTP Server.
Only the firmware it does not accept.
The old version Booloader was 1.0.0.07; new 1.0.2.0 , this ist no theme more
current firmware version of the GS748TS is 3.1.0.1,
upgrade the first 5.0.21 to
the next 5.2.11
The problem is that the switch does not recognize smart Wizzard.
Even the smart control center does not recognize him.
The web access works.
factory reset no success
Reset the device with needle.
