GS108E Switch not showing up
Hello,
I have a GS108E switch and I am trying to add it to my home network. I have a Nighthawk XR500. What configuration should I connect first? I am having issues when I plugged into my network the switch showed up once, and while I was configuring it, it disconnected and I have not been able to bring it back up. I have tried resetting the switch multiple times and tried connecting the switch to the router and my computer into the router and still can't get it to show up on my network via (Angry IP) and the Netgear discovery tool.
I was thinking that there might be some interference between the managed switch and the XR500. End goal I would like to plug everything into the Managed Switch and then connect the router to the switch to create VLANs.

Which GS108E? They come in various versions and flavours.
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
